Welcome

TPPOA was created, as an avenue to involve property owners in the growth and development of the neighborhood, provide a unified voice for concerns and issues neighborhood wide, as well as consistency for the neighborhood for its overall best interest and preservation as a premier neighborhood in which to reside.

In 2010, the development's common area managemnt was turned over to the property owners in a mediated settlement between the developer and TPPOA.
