Welcome!

The Carolina Crossing Homeowners Association is a mandatory homeowner association with deed restrictions.

Our gated community was developed in 1997 and has 103 homeowners. We have five active board of directors which are homeowners and our annual homeowners meeting is held in October.

As a member of this association, you should have a copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Carolina Crossing Unit 1, and the Declaration of Use Restrictions for Carolina Crossing Unit 1.

If you do not have a copy of these important documents, please contact Ms. Maribel Perez, Profesional Association Management, 3965 Thousand Oaks Suite 4, San Antonio, Texas 78217, 210-646-0295.
