I don't believe you can put liens on bank owned properties only on properties owned by individuals.

Can lien for fines or "service" fees anyway.  You can only lien for unpaid assesments and associated legal fees because of it. 

I cannot stand all the cars parked in the street in front of  peoples yards like the purple van on shapinsay about five houses get to view this everyday all day as it just sits there dont even know if it runs the owner does not clame it and put it in his driveway or even in front of his house the spider webs underneith it gives it a nice touch i wish someone would clame it and put it in there driveway or better yet there garage
