Casa Mia Neighborhood Committee

I would imagine since it was the annual meeting it was cancelled because there was not enough people that filled out the mailings and/or showed up.  If there has to be X number of people, it would be obvious if that many were in attendance or not.   If there isn't enough people for the annual meeting they cannot hold the meeting, which would be (I assume) why it was cancelled.
