Welcome!

Welcome to the CasaView Hills Neighborhood!

We have many new residents and we wish to make everyone feel at home here.

Our property values are rising with the new construction and changes that come with growth and beautification of the Ferguson Rd and Gus Thomasson Rd. Intersection.

For a few years we have enjoyed the convenience of having a Walmart Neighborhood Market and a Racetrack Service station at Shiloh Rd. and Ferguson Rd's. Also, we enjoy the great selections of places to dine and shop with the "El Rancho" market Store and "Los Ranchero's" Authentic Monterey style Mexican restaurant located at the Intersections of Ferguson Rd. and Gus Thomasson Rd's next to Churches Chicken.

Thera are many more places to dine in this diverse neighborhood. Such as:

Chinese Cuisine, Viet Namese Cuisine, Salvadorian Cuisine, Cuban Cuisine and many more...

There are a couple of Thrift stores, Tire Shops, Meat markets, dollar stores, Jewelers, Barber Shops, Bingo Halls, Neighborhood Bars  and computer repair services.

We also enjoy the Spiritual services of St. Pius Catholic Church, Methodist Churches, Pentecostal Churches, Hindu and Muslim Services. There is always a place to meet and give thanks!
