Only people who neglect their yards and park several cars all over the place get complained about.    So apparantly, your friends the neighbors fall into this catagory???  If thats the case, I'd be complaining about them too.  However, if their yard looks good and they aren't a nuecence to the neighborhood, odds are, nobody is complaining about them.  I have never heard anybody at a board meeting complain about their renting neighbors who have a wonderful yard and park their cars in the garage.....just a thought!

Lets just say they know who they are and the bonfires in the driveway scream redneck.
