Has the landscaping company been fired?  The only landscaper I see is one man pulling weeds by hand!  It is bad enough having abandoned yards and now it looks like the common areas have been abandoned as well. 

Yes, their contract was terminated in January.  We could no longer afford them and chose to cut all landscaping for the winter to save approximatley 50-60 thousand dollars this year.  We will be voting on a new contract this month with either Landmark (the previous company) or a new company.  The plan is to have the landscape services back up and running in April.

We are having a wedding on the 20th of March, I never would have thought that our community would look this poor, the weeds are out of control in the common areas and along the roads how can we be expected to pay dues to look at weeds everywhere. Also how is the association going to enforce weed violations on homeowners when the association is not even taking care of the common property. I am puzzled. Planned the wedding a year in advance I guess its just my misfortune that the community I chose abandoned its services the one day I need it to look nice.
