Sign up for the Castlegate Marketplace group you'll get e-mails to your box. Notices are up on all mailboxes I've seen personally. But I PERSONALLY send out 1-2 e-mails 1-3 days prior to every HOA meeting on the Castlegate Marketplace site. It's an e-mail communication loop that you sign up for and receive e-mails from community members such as folks selling things, giving things away, events coming up, things going on at the school, HOA meetings, services that residence provide, whatever anyone chooses to post about. You'll then get e-mails directly to your e-mail address and box and you can ask questions to other community members if you so choose. There was a discussion regarding the landscapers and the weeds on there about the HOA meeting on there and about the incorporation on there. I'd encourage you to sign up. It isn't a ton of e-mail but enough to keep you knowing what's going on. Here's the link: http://groups.google.com/group/castlegatemarketplace?hl=en&pli=1
But i mean, in all reality it was on the Castlegate group page, it was on the mailboxes, it was on the castlegate marketplace site, that's quite a bit of communication. I make it a point to check the mycastlegatehome site at least 2-3 times a week just for that reason...maybe I'm weird I don't know.
And I'd say the biggest thing was the pro incorporation folks that were there to speak.
