No, FB is Facebook, so nothing to do with Neighborhood Link. There is a Castlegate Community page on Facebook that is EXTREMELY active. If you go to Facebook type in Castlegate Community in the search bar and it should bring up the page. You will have to request permission to join, but Justin Yentes is who mans it (and Ryan Olsen) and they're pretty quick to approve requests.
Also, PCSO has said at HOA meetings that many times the day shift is simply answering calls and patrolling school zones. They are extremely under staffed, it is what it is. So, day shift spends their time taking calls, writing reports, and patrolling school zones, where then the night shift spends the first part of their shift doing paperwork and responding to calls and then usually after 1:00 am or so he said is when they are then able to patrol around more because the calls slow down. So, if they're doing their patrol rounds in the wee morning hours, that may be another reason less people see them patrolling (versus responding to calls and in school zones). Just an idea from what the sergeant said at the past couple of HOA meetings.
