CRIME REPORT; 10-08-10
Good morning!!!!! Here are a couple of examples of overnight incidents. Officer Adkins stopped a vehicle in the 1100 block of Oldham. The driver, a 21 year old male, was intoxicated and was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. This incident is the 504th DWI in Abilene since January 1st. Officer Romero stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of EN 7th. During the traffic stop, a police K-9 alerted on the vehicle. During the subsequent investigation, two 21 year old males were found to be in possession of marijuana and were arrested. For the Abilene Police Department, this is Sgt Keith Shackleford.
