CRIME REPORT; 10-22-2010
Good Morning! Here are is your police report for Friday 10/22/2010
At about 3:26pm, Officer Ohnheiser and was dispatched to a call of an injured subject in the 200 block of N 13th St. Investigation revealed that a 51 year old female had shot a 47 year old male in the leg after some sort of altercation had occurred between the two. A report was taken for Aggravated Assault and the case is under investigation.
At about 4:28pm, Officer Payne was dispatched to a burglary of a motor vehicle call in the 1700 block of Oldham Ln. The victim, a 43 year old male reported that someone had entered his vehicle by unknown means and took some hunting equipment valued at almost $4000.00. A report was taken for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.
Finally, at about 12:13am this morning, Officer Adkins responded to a call of shots fired in the area of ES 11th and S Judge Ely Blvd. Several people were contacted in the 1000 block of Justice Way and admitted that they were setting off fireworks. One of those contacted, a 39 year old female was found to have a Felony warrant for Probation Violation. She was arrested and transported to the Taylor County Jail.
