Our slogan stands for more than where we are located. It stands for us. Central Meadowbrook Neighborhood Association was rebuilt in November 1999. In December 1999, we had 12 members. That number has greatly increased over the years. Our members are dedicated people and work greatly together in making our neighborhood a wonderful place to live, full of HEART. As of January 2020 we are represented by City Council Districts 4, 5 and 8 - the only neighborhood with 3 council persons. Our household dues are $20/year to help with the cost of renting our meeting space and supplies.

The earliest homes date from the 1920s and include a mix of craftsman-style bungalows and large, stately homes, some of historic significance. Many homes were built during the post-WWII and mid-century period. New housing construction continued into the 1970s and 1980s, and even today a few new homes are being built on available lots.

The rolling terrain and mature trees make it an interesting and challenging course.
