Central Meadowbrook

Two young men came to my door this afternoon. They had the usual spiel about buying magazines.... with a twist. This was for points in something called TOPS. They wanted checks or cash .. Hmm TOPS is , as far as I can ascertain a programme for underpriveleged students in Loisiana. Their spiel was that one was going to enroll in the summer semester in UNT and the other ws going to Tarrant County  College.They needed 'points' to help with tuition. Does anyone else have a similar experience in central meadowbrook?  Thier story didn't pan out but I do not know if they were for real or .......... Not taking any chances.
