COMMUNITY

This is a Website to Voice your Opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let?’s get this page going!

Highline Meadows deserves that each person be able to speak out and say what they want.

Without Discussion... we as citizens of this community cannot disscuss the current situation that we all face.

WE All need to speak out and voice our opinions if we are going to make Highline Meadows better than Highline Ghettos.

We should talk about:
Roof Leaks and Roofs being fixed soon

Current Maintenance Company TMMC and their involvement

TMMC Special assessments in the future

Current needs of the community such as:

Examples;
Painting of garages
Fixing of the Parking Lots
Painting of the Garbage bins

We as a community can talk with each other using this form and see what changes can be made.

Are we really getting a good deal from TMMC?

Is TMMC really making a difference?

How much is TMMC really doing in our community?

What is this community going to do when Highline Meadows HOA and TMMC forces another special assessment?

How are we going to be able to sell in the future when the cost of Dues is one of the highest of any Community?

How can we as community tenants make a difference by carrying some of the load that TMMC doesn't.

What can this community do to avoid having major foreclosures and preventing the place from being bulldozed for Walmart or million dollar homes to step in?

How can we afford to stay here will all our mounting bills, Water issues, roof issues, general appearance, parking lots, garages that are ready to fall down and uncaring people?

Let's hear from all. Each voice must be heard for those who don?’t speak out now may regret it in the future when it is too late!!!

TMMC can do Better!

?• With ever mounting bills each month and the rising cost of living here at Highline Meadows. I believe we can do better. I think that each of us can do something to reduce the cost of living here and our ever climbing HOA Bills.
?• We have since many people rise up and take on the challenge thus reducing the cost to all of us. We think that change is not possible but we are helping ourselves to reach a common goal. There are term limits of the current positions which need to be enforced. Regulations in the area are not tuff enough for this Management Company.
?• We are at a current lost of almost 100,000 dollars from people who have not paid. Why will a 1 bedroom condo cost about 200-250 dollars per month after the special assessment?Lets Make a Difference!
