Our homes are most likely the largest investment any of us will make. Therefore it is essential that we work together and not against one another to make the best of our community and not divide it over childish power struggles. Being a leader means being fair to all members and working for your members not in isolation or with only limited input. Being a committee official also means abiding by laws, regulations, and parlimentary procedures. Being a leader means doing whats right for those you serve; it is a duty to others not a free reign.

On August 24 a quorum of homeowners met on common property in the neighborhood, impeached the ''unofficial'' board and installed 3 trustees to resolve the issues with the board and the budget.

Will the ''leadership'' of this HOA please come together in an adult manner and resolve these issues.

The Board completely agrees with you and by no means have we in any way attempted to divide the community. We had an Annual Meeting and quorum was met, and the board was ''officially in place, and legally as well.''

The Board also agrees with you on this issue, we are not, and have not broken any laws Ann, we have attorneys, and we will be addressing the entire community with all of these absurd allegations within the next week, I think what you all find out will defintitely put to rest all of the unrest and rumors that are going on in the community.

All homeowners will be receiving correspondence from the HOA attorney next week. I ask that you reserve an opinion until you read the letter. I want to close by saying that I have lived in this community for 3 years and have always been an active voice in the community, I am not in seclusion, but I will not be attacked and ambushed simply because I am trying to make our community the best possible place that it can be and to increase our property values. As stated to you earlier, Please remember that there are two sides to every story.

APALLED!!!!

I am and know many other residents who think that the current board (elected at the annual meeting) are doing a fantastic job. Maybe if you took the time to get to know them, and not only listen to one side of the story, you would know what is going on. This is ridiculous and embarrassing for a neighborhood with as many foreclosures and for sale signs as ours has. Also, look around you, there are only a few people in the neighborhood that take care of their homes and take pride in them. It is very biased for you to have posted this without hearing both sides of the story, of course people are going to tell you what they want you to know. It is amazing to me how all of a sudden everyone has come out of the woodwork to ''bash'' and not come together to make our neighborhood the best that it can be. And for the record at least 2 of the current board members have knocked on my door and many others several times to get input. If I ask a question, I get an answer. Ask yourself this question, ''have you actually come to any of our Annual Meetings since you have been in the neighborhood?'' How many of the peolpe that attended this meeting that you all had in the common area did the same? Did your ''leader'' attend. If not, how can any of you make the determination that anything was ''illegal?'' If I were on the current board, I would ''SUE'' all of you for slander and defamatory statements, none of you have any proof of wrongdoing!!! What YOU ALL are actually doing is dividing theneighborhood!!! Bobby, Tamiko, and Shannon I speak for the me and the 50 other homes in the community that have actually signed a petition in your support, please know that we APPRECIATE you and all of the wonderful things that you are and have done for our community in the past years. I will be personally presenting it to you and you will not have to worry about where our loyalties are!!

Who are you?

Why would you post a message like this and not know both sides of the situation? It is really scary to me that you and all of your group have listened to 1 or 2 people in the community that clearly have their own agenda. I have been in this community for 2 years, and seen it when you had people not mowing their grass and even parking on the grass. You had people sitting out on the roof until 2am in the morning, you had people selling drugs, you had people driving semi trucks home, you had a tow truck in the neighborhood that drove at least 60mph at 2 or 3 in the moring and just did not care, you had people driving commercial vehicles home, we had no lights, and we had garbage all over the streets, not to mention kids doing whatever they wanted to do in the homes that were vacant out here! Now, I ask you again, who are you to even begin to concern yourself all of a sudden, is it because someone told you to or because yuo actually care? I am with the author that posted that they are appalled with you and the entire group that concerned themselves with the negative and misleading information. If it were not for the actions of the actual current board, we would have no property values for you to write about, it would already be run down out here. I believe that your group of negative homeowners consists of people that have possibly been in some of the catagories that have previously been mentioned, to include yourself! I think what you all are actually doing is running off any homeowner that would like to participate. I also hope that people know that we live in a democratic society and this is not a dictatorship. Realize that every disgruntled homeowner cannot just wake up and decide to overthrow a legal process because they are not happy with it or don't like someone!!

Oh, one other question. What are/were your personal issues with the board before any of this was ever brought to your attention, or for that matter any of your group? I bet you can't answer that question, can you!!
