Rushing to judgement

We are new to this community, and when I moved here the President of the board knocked on my door introduced herself, gave me a newsletter and welcomed me to the community. She also gave me a number to be in contact with her and the community as well as her own personal e-mail address.

As I read through what seems to be to me the unofficial minutes of your unofficial meeting that I received in the mail, why is it that this group acts like everything is a secret and everythng that is being done is illegal? As I look out here on the website, it seems to me that the financials are posted , and also the invitation to meet with the Property Management Company, along with a wealth of other knowledge, why not use this tool as a means of positive communication? I think that your posting is childish and very judgemental, and not fair to all members (the board are also people in our community that deserve respect). I hope that you and all of the other homeowners affiliated with this uproar can hold your heads high when this is all over with.

Hello Again Ann,

I have posted the attorney response to your concerns. I hope that this letter helps you to understand that everything that is being done by the current and official board of directors is under oberservations from both the Attorneys and Key Community Management. We do not have ''free reign'' to do anything, nor do we attempt to manange our community with that mentality.

I would like for you to also realize that the actions of a few, have cost the entire community precious dollars that could have been used to help beautify our community. We do not operate in secret, the website is current with community news, and the most current financial information is available to all that view the website.

We sincerely hope that you and all of the other homeowners in the community will come together to help us to beautify and preserve the integrity of our community. Help us make Dilworth Chase the best place that it can possibly be.
