Here is something to chew on. Anyone who posts on this website without the guts to sign his name is irrelevant, and should not be taken seriously as part of the debate.

Why I don't

I will share with you why I decided NOT to sign my name, it is because of the hostile environment. I really don't want to have my house a target of someone who is not stable enough to debate issues like adults. For example read the one from Mr. Schraffth, I would be scared to find out that he is a neighbor next to me! Even if he HATES Sal that much there is no value in him belittling him so bad! These are just opinions, and everyone has their own!

Thanks

Unfortunate Atmoshere

I agree that a lot of people sling a lot of mud on this site. It's too bad. It seems lately that almost every facet of our life comes in contact with the ''us'' vs. ''them'' mentality. It's the Repub's vs. Dem's, SOS vs. developers, Harley's vs. non-Harley's, Baptist vs. Catholic. Everyone's agenda is always the best and let the others be damned. ''If you don't agree with me, then you must be wrong and therefore my enemy.'' Of course, only the most vocal get all of the headlines, which skews the viewpoint. The silent majority are not the extremests.

Who know's.... maybe Sal and company are right on the money with their charges. Conversely, maybe Bartlett, O'reilly, and Rigsbee didn't do anything wrong. Unfortunately, you can never really get anything of real substance off this site, because of the nasty rhetoric that keeps getting tossed around.

Die to be right!

I did a workshop years ago and one of the most powerful messages I took from it was:

How people were willing to die to be right!

Literally, people are willing to DIE to be right. Look at war, it?’s about my way IS THE WAY. In many countries it?’s about religious beliefs. That is why for me personally, I don?’t get into a religious or political debate with people. There is no winner. Everybody has there own perspective; usually the perspective is based upon past experience, culture, upbringing etc.

Going back to CCR, my opinion still stands, something is amiss here. When people are NOT willing to show the books, or be open about any of the dealing of this association especially when there are only 3 of them and thousand of us, it has to make a reasonable person think.

Integrity is the word and it?’s missing around here. I for one cant turn my back and pretend that things are okay in stepford wife land!
