That Explains It

So it really was, ''Deus Ex Machina,'' (the hand of God)that deleted Sal's post? Back on June 27th, Sal responded to Pamela Walsh's post. Sal's post was eventually removed.

Hard to believe that Sal would actually stomp on the right to privacy supposedly afforded by the Terms of Use agreement on this site.

I guess since he's done it before, he wouldn't think twice about doing it again.

The Swim Team mom's mantra

If you can't debate the real issues of Circle C, detract.

Crossing any line

I am not trying to cross any line with anybody. The only thing that I want is the freedom to state my opinion in a responsible manner. Debating issues can be powerful. It forces us to look at the other side. I don?’t personally agree with every one of my friends on every topic, but I TRY to respect their personal points of view. It takes work to rise above and try to see it all. Mr. Johnson only wanted to pick apart my email and make it like I was relating the issues at CCR to WAR! Read it again without your attention being focused on being RIGHT. Maybe you will see what I was saying; the human nature of all of us is to think that our way is the way...and once again I point out, it is all based in past experience. Including my own experiences in life.

Again regarding CCR, I will sound like a tape recorder repeating myself over and over again...

If someone has NOTHING to hide, regarding the case of our HOA, full disclosure to the residents of this development would be the higher ground especially when some claim that the HOA has done nothing wrong. I am sure it they proved it to all of us, we would not have so much negative and troubling stuff to talk about on this site and we could use it for the betterment of CCR

Enjoy

Sal -

I don't have a problem with the debate. My problem was and is with the tone of the debate. It is too hostile. Yes, it is a free forum for ideas, but when emotion gets involved, it dilutes the ideas.

I have lived here for about 10 years, and like many others, have let the business of running Circle C to BOD. I have generally been satisfied with the way things are run. Granted, the homeowners dues are a little pricey, but we figured that it was the price you pay for living in a nice, attractive, and safe neighborhood.

It's kind of nice having a limited number of people (3) making the neighborhood decisions and doing the work that 99% of the homeowners don't want to be bothered with.

What I absolutely hope does not happen in the future is that if a new BOD is created, that each and every decision that has to be made is done by a consensus at each meeting of the homeowners. NOthing will ever get accomplished.

But, hey, I have an open mind. I have no vested interest in the current BOD. I don't like to see them attacked. The history of Circle C is a long and muddied one. I think that whoever put this place together, managed it, had the vision of a nice community should get a little credit and be treated with a little respect
