Neighborhood Traffic Safety Alliance

The NTSA is a not-for-profit, independent organization of neighborhood representatives from city-recognized neighborhoods in Vancouver, WA seeking solutions to traffic safety issues affecting neighborhoods--and the entire city--as an advisory group to, and in partnership with, the City of Vancouver.  All city residents are encouraged to attend in order to learn what tools and resources are available to mitigate traffic safety concerns..
