Does anyone know what that orange cable they are laying along Quince is for??

I have seen workers but I have not seen any MLGW people when I have been out.

With all the mature trees in this area I am glad to see they are placing some utilities under the ground so they arent damaged by falling limbs or entire trees.

I think these are the fiber optical lines they have been putting in all over the city...
