Has anyone noticed the graffiti of the word "mano" around orange zone? its on the street at quince and mt. moriah and on the back of a neighborhood watch sign on Raymore its spanish for hand i think, speaking of spanish. Anyone notice the 3 guys who live on Raymore and wear flannel and walk a few dogs? one dog looks like a pit or an american bdog....the guys seem harmless except that they don't seem to be employed, or go to school and are Hispanic and they wear flannel and stare aggressively at everyone they walk past. not real crazy about the way they walked through my yard and threw down some gargbage whilst staring at my wife . just wondering whats up?

If I saw some suspicious characters littering in my yard or my neighbor's yard, I'd call the non-emergency police number. Littering is illegal. |

Last week 3 white males were arrested around Poplar/White Station area spray painting. The policeman that arrested them said they were spraying "mona" or something close to "mano". Hopefully it's the same guys. |
