On Saturday March 12th, my family spotted an African-American Female wearing dark clothes walking west on Hummingbird towards Colonial. She was checking door handles on cars parked on the street, obviously to see if she could gain entrance to those vehicles. This was at noon on Saturday in the bright sunlight. We got her attention to let her know that we saw her, and she continued to check door handles while looking back at us. I began walking after her on Hummingbird, but she was several houses ahead of me already. She kept looking back, then greatly accelerated her pace. She cut through a yard at the corner of Hummingbird and Colonial. I rounded the corner and went down to Flamingo and Colonial, but she had literally disappeared. My guess is that she had a car waiting on her and that they fled.
We must be vigilant, watch out for ourselves and our neighbors, and don’t take anything for granted. I can guarantee you that this clown and her circus are up to no good, and when they get the message that they’re not going to get anywhere in our neighborhood, they will move on (or hopefully get caught).
