Colonial Acres

There is a lady who walks her white poodle down Helene in the orange zone every day after work.  the lady looks to be in her mid to late 30s nice looking but very inconsiderate.  she lets her sweetie pie crap anywhere it wants and leaves it in your yard and some times on the side walk.  please if you catch her, call her out on it.  there is nothing stopping her from carrying a plastic bag and cleaning up after her dog, except selfishness.  this is a terrible way to conduct yourself.  i will spray her with a waterhose if this happens again.
