Colonial Acres

I'm a few months late, but I live on Welchshire and I think I know exactly who you are talking about.  They live at 4966 Welchshire.  I think they are training dogs to fight in the backyard.  I've never seen anything, but only hear from an old neighbor who used to live next door.  There is definitely odd behavior at this house, but nothing that would warrant calling the police.
