When you only have a dozen people show up to the hoa meetings and they are the same people, and its the same 6 or 7 people that are on here that want to have fines. The rest of the people in this development either dont care or are just fine the way things are going. DO YOU GET YET??? People have better things to with their families then worry about weeds in someones yard. I sure do.

What would this place look like, if everybody let their property go like a few have already ? You should be glad that some people care. Otherwise when you go to sell, your house will sit on the market forever and it will cost you thousands of $$$$$$$$
