Nobody has to take you to court. But rest assured, your neighbors think you're a pig and you belong on a farm. If it doesn't bother you to be a slob , then so be it. Just remember, how you take care of your house, is a reflection on you.

What kind of enforcement did you have in place ? would you care to share ? I too am fed up with the way some people care for their homes. It makes me sick to think that it is their biggest investment and they don't care how it looks.

This is where you are wrong about being with like minded people. Anyone can move anywhere they want to as long as they can pay the house payment and their taxes. And no won can stop you. I dont have to be a member of any community. I am a member of my own community. This is america anyone can move anywhere they want as long as you have the money do so. What are you trying to say, if people arent up to your standard they cant move into your neighborhoood??? It doesnt work like that anymoe. You just dont know who will move next to you!!!! Do you???

Just because someone's yard does not look nice does not make them a slob. I have seen one of these yards in particular out there cutting their grass and spraying their yards trying to get their yard to where they like it and they are having a hard time making it work. The inside of their house is beautiful. Some things are harder to control than others. As someone else said previously, your comment does not make them a slob, but is makes you a SNOB.
