HISTORY

Limestone Pointe subdivision rivals former village of New Rome.

Board members appointing themselves to elected positions during secret meetings. Was it a handshake or a pinky promise? How do I get on the board, or become president? Do I have to be related? Sell my sole? Contribute to the fiancial welfare of a current board member i.e (make a current house payment).
When we establish a Limestone Pointe police force, can I be chief? What's the going rate for tickets, these days?
Does it go into the general fund? As chief could it be used to assist in my mortage?

INDICTMENTS TO FOLLOW!!!!!!!!!!
WHERE DOES IT END????????

Electing Officers

1) STATE LAW, CHAPTER 1702 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE:
1702.34. Officers; authority and removal:

Unless the articles or the regulations otherwise provide, none of the officers need be a director. Any two or more offices may be held by the same person. The officers shall be elected or appointed at such time, in such manner, and for such terms as may be prescribed in the articles or the REGULATIONS. In the absence of any such provision, all officers shall be elected annually by the directors (Trustees).

Check Articles of Incorporation

If you look at the Articles of Incorporation for Limestone Pointe, which I found under this website's ''About the Association,'' the first sentence say, ''The undersigned, desiring to form a NONPROFIT CORPORATION UNDER CHAPTER 1702 OF THE REVISED CODE OF OHIO...may engage in any lawful act or activity for which the corporations may be formed under CHAPTER 1702 OF THE REVISED CODE OF OHIO.''

I couldn't find anything in Limestone Pointe's Articles of Incorporation stating mentioning Chapter 5311, for Condominium Property. This is an HOA, not a condo. Who is giving you legal counsel?
