How is replacing the fence a secret. It was the one of the main topics of discussion, and complaints at the annual meeting. Several bids have been aquired by the Board for this purpose.
Since the reserve fund is only to be used for common expenses, and the only common property owned by our community is along Dublin, I guess if you do not benefit from our community looking it's best, then your answer is yes. I guess mowing only benefits those homes along Longspur also.

You're right, the fence isn't the issue. It was stated in the meeting notes. I was emphasizing the ACTION of obtaining bids and the way it was done to make a point.

So let's stop ALL this craziness about the election of officers, orgins of documents, check cards or whatever and let the Board do what it needs to do!
