Can you read?

It doesn't say anything about them signing. What was posted was what this person learned at the meeting. It sounds like to me they are more upset at being lied too than money. They even recommended that the money be used for play equipment for everyones children.

Valid Information

If you are going to post information, please validate that information first. To be clear, the three options that were considered from three different companies were:

1: Accept $10,000 per acre for those with full mineral rights and half that for those with half their mineral rights AND get a wall along Trinity and Precint Line.

2: Accept $8,000 per acre for those with full mineral rights and half that for those with half their mineral rights AND get a wall on Trinity only.

3: Accept $2,000 per acre for EVERYONE whether or not they had full mineral rights AND NOT get a wall.

The only company that offered the full bonus for the 50% reservation only offered $2000 per acre. The final offer we went with actually netted the 50% owners a larger bonus than that and added the wall.

Too Bitter

Everyone needs to chill out my god its over peple signed they will have enough and if they dont i still get my money, i could go out and get hit by a car tomorrow i dont worry about what a few crazies on here think. I guess if we took the bonus we are horrible people, i know the comitte did its research and i trust i did the right thing and they money isnt bad either.
