I actually think a wall will look better around the neighborhood--i mean 1/2 of the people dont take care of their fences around there and it looks like crap. A wall will save it from looking like that ever again---unless of course someone runs into it again ;)

Park vs. Finger Pointing?

A park sounds like a great idea! But, I bet there would be issues on the execution of that as well. It is very hard to please everyone. Seems like I hear a lot of finger pointing and , yet no solutions from the peanut gallery!

There may not have been a call for more volunteers, did you offer your service? That is the way it works. That is why they call it volunteering!

If you don't have kids that will play in a park is it really a BENEFIT to all? If you wouldn't BENEFIT from a ''silly wall'' or a park is it a BENEFIT to all? Watch it, your slip is showing! Greed comes in all different packages.
