I believe you're a little over dramatic and harsh with your words, yes, in some points you are correct, but things like; weeds and trash on hunt highway for example, are you gonna clean it up for free? We're in a recession if you didnt know, which means nobody is getting paid to do it, as well as a vast majority of hunt highway is surrounded by desert, therefore weeds are gonna grow wherever they want. Also, who cares if men sit in thier driveways and drink beer, or wash their cars shirtless, get over it, its their house, they arent harming you, and if not wearing a shirt bugs you then stop checking them out. And, dont be jealous about people working on their vehicles at their own house, if everyone knew how to fix their cars themselves i believe they all would. Its as simple as that.
I do strongly agree with you on other things though, like speed bumps and street lights, but again funding is low, theres nothing we can do about that, dog poop though, yes, people seriously need to pick up after their animals, its disgusting. Cracks and chips in peoples homes, if its noticable then yeah, thats bad, but if youre scoping out homes just to be picky then thats ridiculous, I think you need to stop worrying about everyone else and worry about yourself, you cant fix the world you know, just do your own part...
(P.S. Saying "these people" have no education or breeding, thats the dumbest thing I've ever heard, obviously you're a little un-educated yourself to imply that all your neighbors are low class when thats where you live too..)
