Some of our neighbors felt the need to create a stronger community spirit in our area through talking and looking out for one another, cleaning up litter, looking into Crime Watch and Crime Patrol, speaking with a unified voice to city officials as well as planning block parties and other family-oriented community activities.  

Thus CONA was born.
