You make many good points - the first I've seen on this board. However, I disagree with you about Senator Bryant and his so called Responsible Growth Act. It was a subterfuge. It was defeated in committee. It is dead and it should be. It would have given residential home builders a blank check - build as fast as they want with no local controls. You are also wrong about Broomfield, jobs, and housing. Broomfield already has enough housing for the jobs being created in Interlocken. Boulder, on the other hand, has more jobs than housing. That's the primary reason US 36 is a mess during the rush hours. By the way, as far as I know, there is no "Interlocken 2."
