Yes...Mayor does live on Dorchester, and the part he resides has a Captain.  The "write-in" candidate does NOT live on Dorchester, and He IS a Block Captain for HIS reside Block!  Someone who doesn't know what they're talking about...shouldn't comment.

Actually, neither block of Dorchester has a Block Captain now.  Both Captains had to withdraw because of issues that arose which required much of their time.  Each one came to me and explained the circumstance.  So, Dorchester needs two Blaock Captains and two Alternates.

The "write-in candidate" as you all are calling him is my Alternate for all of Bellemeade. My block does have a Captain.
