Cross Keys Property Owners Association is a new covenanted community located in a high growth area just west of Fayetteville AR.
The board and an architectural control committee work hard to assure that the neighborhood maintains its allure and value. All of the homes in the neighborhood are at least 2200 square feet and have brick, stucco or stone on all of the ground floor exterior walls. Most homes have brick or wood cedar shadowbox privacy fences. Every yard is landscaped and has at least one tree.
The association itself is a non-profit corporation managed by a board of 5 directors. The covenants have been in place since March 31st 2005.
The neighborhood affords easy access to the 18 hole Razorback Golf Course. Razorback was opened in 1958 (as a 9 hole course) and is the oldest public golf course in the Fayetteville area.
The Neighborhood is also minutes away from the University of Arkansas and the 72,000 seat Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.
Cross Keys Property Owners Association made news in 2007 with its opposition to the proposed Woodstock and the Lindsey development at the NE corner of Rupple and Wedington
