Ken, Several months ago I emailed you about the theft of one of the benches on Wisteria Ct. I have not seen a replacement or heard of a police report and I was just wanting an update on the matter.I'm sure the other residents on Wisteria are curious also.

Park bench
Hello Joyce let me start by saying that you did indeed contact me regarding the theft of the park bench. I did not reply via here but did send you and email saying I was looking into it. To date the park bench has not been replaced. the best reason given is priorty to items. Your letter has been the only letter on the subject we were working on the vitality project, up coming festival, news letter and so on. We felt the bench could wait till winter was over which would give us time to see if it was covered under insurance so we would not have to pay for it out of HOA budget. As for the police report you would not see that as it would not come to you, as this is community property and not personal property. If you like to help in speeding up the process of replacing the bench with your prior board contacts feel free to come to a meeting and let us know what you can do to help us speed up the process of replacing the bench. |

Park Bench
Ken, AS you know, I gave all my contact info to Dave at the last annual meeting. The previous board installed several of the benches themselves, to save the community money. If you choose not to do that, you can ask Saul, our property manager, for possible names or look in the phone book, as we did on various occasions and get bids on them. |

Thank you this is the kind of information I was looking for that would and has been a help. |
