I own a home very close to the Jewell /Bellaire area being considered for rezoning and I do not want the area to be rezoned. The density of cars and business people in the neighborhood will be too high. Our streets will have even more traffic where our kids will be playing and the noise and congestion will only get worse. The lot is zoned for homes , so why not put single family homes there?

We have started discussing this with several neighbors and are getting ready for the meeting on Aug 11th. We will be posting fliers to alert all about this poorly conceived proposal.
