It seems as though the Greenfield web page has not been maintained. Now that we have an internet-savvy Board member, Chet Hayes, I'm hoping that this will quickly be resolved.
A couple of areas for improvement:
- assign a Board member to monitor and maintain pertinent information on the web page, such as:
* the ''fax to HOA management company'' link, which is currently directed to the old management company
* inclusion of the newsletter, less advertisements, on the web page ... the management company should be able to take their electronic document and paste it into the newsletter link
* inclusion of summary financials onto the web page. we don't need 10K information, just the basic P&L, B/S, and reserves information, so that residents are informed as to how their money is being spent
* inclusion of Board of Director meeting minutes on the web page, which was promised by the Board in June 2000 (see 6/2000 meeting minutes)
All these changes take little time, but would be very worthwhile for all residents.
