I'd suggest that you educate Hammersmith as to what web page maintenance means. They've had a month to figure it out, but obviously don't get it.
In addition, several of the other pages have bogus information. The management company fax link still points to the old management company's fax. The meeting minutes are not available, nor is the newsletter.
