Greenfield Web Page

Posted in: Greenfield
It seems as though the Greenfield web page has not been maintained. Now that we have an internet-savvy Board member, Chet Hayes, I'm hoping that this will quickly be resolved.

A couple of areas for improvement:

- assign a Board member to monitor and maintain pertinent information on the web page, such as:
* the ''fax to HOA management company'' link, which is currently directed to the old management company
* inclusion of the newsletter, less advertisements, on the web page ... the management company should be able to take their electronic document and paste it into the newsletter link
* inclusion of summary financials onto the web page. we don't need 10K information, just the basic P&L, B/S, and reserves information, so that residents are informed as to how their money is being spent
* inclusion of Board of Director meeting minutes on the web page, which was promised by the Board in June 2000 (see 6/2000 meeting minutes)

All these changes take little time, but would be very worthwhile for all residents.

Thank you for the feedback. I just wanted to provide an update to these suggestions and let you know what is happening.

First, Hammersmith Management has been asked to maintain the pertinet information on this site. This was done at the last HOA meeting held June 20th. This sight was not something that Hammersmith was familiar with until now.

We have asked Hammersmith to include the meeting minutes, as well as the newsletter. Some of the other data will be considered on a case by case basis.
