That's Right
Yep. Most folks around here don't need any explanation. When they hear the words "repeal the broomfield county vote" they just smile and sign. We had several people praise us for standing out there gathering the signatures. There's no doubt that the people around here support what we are doing.

Wow! Good news! Tell me, how exciting was it to get that first signature?

The petitions have started; tell me something; are you working to stop the petition drive now? I understand that the next move is the Supreme Court for BF.
I forgot to mention your repeated threats of a lawsuit against. Out of curiosity, what are the charges you are planning--representative government abuse by CVLEG? Or is it misinformation by me, BA. Am I part of the lawsuit? Since you have attempted to portray me as a person of conflicting views; will the charge be mental instability used to influence the research of CVLEG? Just curious; as you also threatened me.

Supreme Court & Defamation
Surprisingly, the deadline has come and gone for BF to file another appeal on the ballot wording. Everyone fully expected BF to have the audacity to file that final appeal.
Of course, their spin would be they got what they wanted in the 2nd appeal; however, we all know they did not get everything they wanted. The lack of sympathy from the state must have weighed heavily in BF's decision to not appeal.
Anyone person or entity should think long and hard before filing any defamation lawsuits. They open the door for the defendant to call whoever they wish, before the judge and jury, to prove what was said was true.
We believe the lawsuit threats are completely hollow. BF can't afford to have every little detail scrutinized in a court of law, and the counter suits would probably bankrupt the city.
We'll sit back & see if O, J, M, & BC have anything to say.
