NWP - Cheryl, I know a lot about the NWP and can guarantee you the Bill Christopher is all for it!

Oh, well...

I was hoping the script that posts these replies would recognize the "http://" prefix in the previous message and convert it to a hyperlink. It did not. The easiest address for one of the CVELG sites is:

http://members.aol.com/CVELG

We will begin posting our own petition schedules on this page. Thanks again.

BR Anon O.S. deal Boulder

You hit the nail on the head. These Boulder County Commissioners walked away from their own constituency for payment of open space.

Yes BF is counting this Boulder OS as theirs and Boulder is also counting it as theirs and this is something that should be exposed.

Thanks so much for your insight!

I have that document. It is dated October 13, 1998. Contained it as one of the stipulations is says "In consideration of Broomfield's promise to pay its proportionate share of the County's open space revenue bonds, as set forth in Section 5 above, the Board of County Commissioners agrees to forebear from opposition to the proposed City and County of Broomfield constituional amendment on November 3, l998 general election ballot, and therefore the board will not adopt a resolution in opposition nor undertake other actions in opposition as may be permitted by the Colorado Campaign Reform Act, part 1 of article 45 of title 1, C.R.S., as amended.
