Split personality? You are right. The split you see is that, after conversing with you all, I like you. But, I am still your enemy. I have a list of about 20 reasons why, in my opinion, CVELG is wrong. I was going to list them chronologically. That's why I went back to the jail issue.

The process of the entire city county issue was not appalling.
1. Broomfield politicians used their political influence and mislead the state senate and state house into believing information that was unverified and inaccurate? What politicans? What information was unverified and inaccurate? Prove your point. Incriminating generalizations don't cut it.
2. Citizens only wanted to study the idea? Says who besides Br. Anon. and BRF2? This is their interpretation of the 1996 Broomfield ballot question. It is not mine. It does not mean that they are right. The "study argument" was raised during the 1998 campaign and lost.
3. City of Broomfield has failed to inform their constituency concerning many big questions about the county - such as their own school district, recreation center? Says who besides the contributors to this board? A new school district was not a part of the constitutional amendment creating the city and county of Broomfield. A recreation center has nothing to do with the city and county of Broomfield.
What you refer to as facts are not facts at all.
I will find out if the BCC held a public hearing after the February study. I know there were numerous meetings held by Citizens for Better Local Government.

You say this is no longer about the jail, it about the process Broomfield used regarding the jail. Are you saying that the jail decision was reasonable, but the process leading to a reasonable decision was wrong? If so, would you rather have a perfect process with an unreasonable decision?
Based on what you have said, all of this really does go back to the jail.

You stated that despite what Broomfield officials tell people in your area, the jail is under construction. Are you calling Broomfield officials liars? If so, which Broomfield officials have lied about what?
I see some earthwork going on, but I haven't seen any construction going on regarding the jail itself.
