You noticed that too? We think BBW is made up of many people. The personalities and writing styles are quite different.

Quite interesting how the BBWs cover ground previously covered. Whoever they are: they have not followed all the discussion.

We think Berens winning another term as mayor is actually in our cause's favor.

The lights are on, but nobody's home. His elevator doesn't go to the top floor. 40 bricks short of a full load. (You get the drift.)

BBW is fishing. OR, this is a multi personality BBW that doesn't keep track of ground already covered.

Regardless, 'they' continue to fish for information to form their platform against CVELG.

Arguments can go back and forth on this board for months. It will all boil down to the state wide citizen vote in one year. And what BFCC has done will not sit well with the citizens.

BBW, you represent one vote. OR, is it 3 or 4? haha.

How much will Interlocken kick in this time? And how many city councilmen will lead the charge?

No one disputes this all started with Broomfield's jail.

It is silly that you continually go back to the jail. Your angle is to discount what CVELG proposes as unethical actions by BFCC by stating CVELG's motivation is revenge due to the jail.

The citizens of the state will listen to the facts CVELG presents. They will agree that the Broomfield County issue was not an ethical process.

You will be sitting in a corner, whining that it is revenge over a jail and the citizens will see right through your claim.

You insist on pushing petty points about who said what when and how they can verify claims.

As stated previously, the issue will not be won or lost on this board. It will be decided by the citizens of the state.

Who will finance Broomfield's fight of the repeal? You know Interlocken financing your fight will not sit well with Colorado voters.

Are you telling me that you are pursuing repeal of Broomfield's city/county status because there were a few questions about future annexations and one state senator said he was sorry the matter was placed on the ballot because he thought Broomfield voters already voted on it? Are you telling me that this is the basis for your unethical argument? If so, it's all a sham.
Regarding the 1996 Broomfield election, here was the FULL ballot question: "Shall the City of Broomfield consider placing a question on a statewide general ballot tht would amend the Colorado Constitution to authorize creation of a city and county?" You and Br. Anon. say this meant that the matter was only to be studied? I strongly disagree. If it meant "only study," it would have said that. It did not. If it meant "only study," there would be no need for the language "placing a question on the statewide ballot." Broomfield voters voted 68% in favor of the ballot question.
Unethical? I think it is unethical for you to attempt to interpret a Broomfield ballot question to fit your own agenda.
If what you said is the guts of your unethical argument, then bring it on. It will not take much to smash it. There's nothing to it.
