In the evenings and early morning time I am not able to jog in the neighborhood for fear of these large, stray dogs in the neighborhood. I type stray; however, each dog I've seen during these times has had a collar with tags. Neighbors, why are you allowing your pets to roam free during these times?
The same large, black dog is in my flower bed each morning. He has a collar and tags (I can hear the jingle of the tags :~) but it is too dark and the dog is much too big for me to reach by his mouth, in attempt to read who his owner is.
Bottom line, if you want your pet, keep them in your house or fenced on your property.
