The Jefferson County Board of Health has granted a variance for a two stage septic to be installed at 30828 Isenberg Lane.
The owner of the property, me, has a TBD parcel of land under contract to create a buildable lot of 1.48 acres.
A TBD parcel will be outlined by a Minor Amendment. While it is true that in order to build, I will need to request a variance from the CCC, the process of otaining the property is where my energy will be directed. After the additional property is completed, it will be the correct time to request a variance.
I have purchased property, I have found a way to meet County Regulations and with a little luck, will be able to nearly satisfy the HOA's covenants( I will be .02 acres short of 1.5 acres).
I am asking for your support in this great undertaking as it is the right thing to do. I am a person of my word and will do all that I can to accomplish this goal, for having a building site of 1.48 acres. There are some variables which are out of my control, therefore I can not guarantee this can be accomplished.
Given that I have gone above and beyond the expectation of the HOA, I hope that you will be supportive of my efforts. While I know some will absolutely not be supportive, I will continue to try to do the right thing by all parties.
Members of the new HOA Board may encourage you to contribute to a legal fund, it is a great idea but, will those funds be used to support a few immediate neighbors that hate the idea of someone like me successfully improving my life while they stew, thinking they should have bought the property while they had the chance.
I do not believe that your paid dues should be used for a personal dispute.
I thank you for your support, wish me luck with the rest of my plan, that I might be able to secure the other 3/4 acre now under contract.
