Evergreen Park Estates HOA

The argument would be that the CCC represents the HOA property owners only, and a separate CCC (elected in accordance with Covenant rules) would be the only one with legal authority over all property owners in EPE. I might suggest that the vote Thur for CCC members be by all property owners present (regardless of having paid dues), and documented as such. Maybe this will suffice in preserving their authority (but a legal opinion would be helpful). Unfortunately, this would also conflict with current HOA bylaws. I think owners present will need to decide what's more important. Again, I'm sorry to be unable to attend the meeting. I wanted to discuss this subject prior to any vote, allowing for other viewpoints and public debate. Perhaps this forum will help do that.
