EPEHOA General Meeting & Elections on Thursday, August 14th at 7PM!
The semiannual meeting of the Evergreen Park Estates Homeowners Association (EPE-HOA) will take place Thursday, August 14th beginning at 7 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Evergreen Community Church of Christ, 29997 Buffalo Park Road just below the parking lot for the Three Sisters Open Space Park.
All members are urged to attend.
The agenda will include:
- Reports from the president, treasurer, and EPE-HOA Covenants Committee.
- Elections for the following positions: President, 1st VP, 2nd VP, Treasurer & Covenants Committee members.
- Review of Litigation Fund
2008 Membership Dues
You must pay your membership dues for 2008 in order to vote for Board Members at the meeting. (If your dues are not current, you are welcome to attend, but you will not have the right to vote.) All members are allowed to vote for Covenants Committee Members.
The dues are $50 per year, and you can bring a check to the meeting. Or mail your check to:
