Farley Neighborhood

We have renters next door. They are nice people but have allowed the house to get covered with poison ivy and let the rain gutters grow its own garden. Looks like crap.

Also the house on the corner has a chain fence around the property and the residence pick up the trash in their yard but not what is outside the fence. It's still trash thats in front of where you live so I don't understand why someone would leave it. That trash makes your place and our whole neighborhood look bad. Picking up other peoples litter on your property is a part of living in a home....

We have renters on the other side also and they take really good care of the place. Nice decorative pieces, planted some annuals. Proof you don't need to own the home to want to take care of the place you live.
