Farmington HOA

Has anyone had any problems with the house foundation settling?  Does anyone know what was here before they put houses?

it was all farm land.  the farmer who owns the land on 2 sides and part of across 100th previously owned this land as well and farmed it

Yer I have started having problems this home is crap built badly with cheap materials and then I have a bloody HOA telling us how to live don,t Thay know were in a god dam depression And it,s hard to keep the power on and gas in the car

My house settled this fall.  Now the flooring in the kitchen is warped. The kitchen counter has separated, the grout in the bathrooms have started to crack. It's going to be an expensive fix now.
